No matter who you are, or what your goals are, anyone can benefit from personal training. Personal training allows individuals reach their fitness goals by following a structured programme that is tailored designed to their own personal goals.

Here are examples of what Personal Training looks like with Jack Green Fitness:

  • A tailored exercise programme which is designed around your overall goals and how you can achieve them. Some clients like to train once a week, and others five times a week- Your programme will be structured to help you schedule a exercise routine into your busy lifestyle. Your programme will also consist of whole workouts to do outside of personal training sessions.
  • Private 1-2-1 in person personal training. This can either be at the private studio in Tattenhall, or at your own home- We like to train wherever our client feels most comfortable.
  • Included in the package is email support- Helping you answer any questions or providing advice on exercises or anything you may need.
  • The package also provides the option of nutritional advice, helping you keep your diet in align with your goals.
  • A complimentary consultation (either in personal or phone call) which helps you plan your overall goals and how they can be broken down into manageable steps. This also gives you the opportunity to share more details about how you'd like to train, any draw backs you may have and how personal training can help you overcome this.
  • Option of Group Fitness classes multiple times a week for just £6 a session.

We also offer off peak training hours, between 11am-2pm Mon-Fri. Session prices in these times are at a reduced rate.

Personal Training at The Studio

The Studio is designed for those in need of motivation for keeping fit, weight loss and for also improving fitness levels.

Personal Training at the Studio means that your sessions will be completely tailored to you, and allows you to workout in private.

There is a range of different equipment and floor space to allow for different exercises, so no session will be repetitive and boring!

We also offer at home personal training too.

If you are unable to come to the studio, have your own equipment at home, or simply would prefer to exercise in the comfort of your own home, then at-home training may be the way for you.
