Our classes are here to help anyone get back into exercising and to help improve their fitness levels. The classes are aimed at all fitness levels, and our wonderful community welcomes anyone to come along.

This group class is a low impact session perfect to work on your mobility and functioning.
When: Tuesday's 10am-10:30am
Location: Jack Green Fitness Studio (Corner House,
Tattenhall High St)
£5 per person
This group class is a great session to work on your fitness levels and to start building muscles all round your body
When: Tuesday's 6pm- 6:40pm
Location: Burwardsley Village Hall
£6 per person
This session the same as the 6pm Group Fitness Class.
When: Thursday's 7pm-7:40pm
Location- Burwardsley Village Hall
£6 per person
This session is a gentle routine that aims to stretch your whole body in a low impact way. Expect most stretches to be performed on the floor, so if you have a yoga matt then do bring one (However there will be spare matts).
When: Wednesday's 6:30pm- 7pm
Location- Burwardsley Village Hall
£6 per person

This group class is great to improve your general fitness levels by working round each different circuit station.
When: Saturday's 9am-9:40am
