The studio is a perfect private setting for personal training sessions. We understand that you may feel intimidated by large gyms, which is why this small setting is perfect for those who like to exercise in private and in peace.
The space can also cater for small group personal training too. So if you and a couple of friends were looking for personal training together then the studio is a great match.
Located on the Tattenhall High Street, the studio is easily accessible from many locations.
Who can benefit from the studio?
The Personal training studio is catered for all ages and abilities. In line with our goals, our main aim is to help individuals who lack that motivation to start exercising for whatever goal, and individuals who are wanting to progress further on their fitness levels.
Don't worry about your age or your fitness levels. Don't even worry if you've never exercised before- this space is designed to help each client reach their unique goals.
